Caitlin is a lifelong musician with a passion for helping students reach their musical goals. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Music from Liberty University with piano as her primary instrument and voice as a secondary. She has a lifetime of singing experience, including operatic and contemporary styles, as well as over 10 years of experience working with elementary age vocalists. Caitlin has been a flutist for 20 years, playing in middle and high school bands and performing in church services.
Caitlin is a classically trained pianist with 18 years of playing experience. She began taking lessons from a local teacher and moved on to study at Hollins University's Academy of Music in Roanoke, giving her the skills to major in classical piano at Liberty University. During her time at Liberty, Caitlin performed in prestigious recitals, including the annual Piano Showcase twice and the Honors Recital, both of which require successful auditions.
Caitlin has performed for weddings, funerals, and special events with piano, voice, and flute. She performs in a variety of different styles and genres, customized to the needs of the event.
Caitlin has been a music teacher in the public schools for 10 years, leading extracurricular choir groups, teaching general music and group piano, and even conducted the Campbell County 2024 All County Chorus.
